Do you need someone on your side?

Need help to think about what you want?

Want someone to help you speak up?

    An independent advocate can help

We are not part of Health, Social Services or any other organisation.

    We are totally independent.

An advocate will respect your wishes and support your interests

An advocate is there for you and no one else

An advocate is independent from any services you receive

An advocate can help you find information you need to make decisions

An advocate can support you to write letters and get your views heard

An advocate can support you in meetings to say what you want to say

They will spend time with you to find out your wishes.

They will not discuss you or what you say with anyone else without your permission.

They will not tell you what they think is best for you or what you ought to do.

They will not make judgements about what you say or try to persuade you to modify your wishes.
